Participation & Responsibility.
Our retreats are immersive experiences in personal development, leadership, and inner work. They invite depth, reflection, and engagement with non-ordinary states of awareness. This work is experiential by nature. It can be meaningful, challenging, and at times unexpected. You are responsible for your own process throughout.
The Nature of the Work
This is not therapy or medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. The retreat is an educational and experiential environment intended to support personal insight, growth, and integration. At times, perception of time, identity, and emotional experience may shift. These experiences can be meaningful, but also require integration over time. Experiences vary widely between participants. We do not guarantee transformation, healing, or specific outcomes.
Readiness & Self-Responsibility
Participation requires a level of personal responsibility.
You are expected to:
Take ownership of your physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing
Communicate honestly with our team during preparation
Respect your own limits during the retreat
This work is not suitable for everyone at every stage of life.
Readiness is not determined by curiosity, but by capacity.
If you are currently navigating significant mental health challenges or are unsure about your readiness, we recommend consulting a qualified professional before applying.
Safety & Screening
All participants go through a screening process prior to acceptance.
This helps us:
Assess readiness
Identify potential risks
Ensure a safe and coherent group environment
We may decline or postpone participation if we feel the retreat is not the right fit at this time.
Working in Depth
This work can bring insight, but also discomfort.
At times, participants may experience:
Emotional intensity
Surfacing of past material
Periods of uncertainty or vulnerability
The effects of this work may continue beyond the retreat itself, including periods of increased sensitivity, reflection, or emotional processing in the weeks that follow. This is a natural part of deep personal work. You are encouraged to stay in communication and seek support when needed.
Guidance & Facilitation
This is a guided experience. At times, facilitators may intervene, redirect, or adjust the process to support safety and coherence within the group. This is done in service of the work, not in limitation of your autonomy.
The Retreat Container
We hold a structured and intentional environment designed to support both individual and group processes.
Within this space:
Respect for others is essential
Confidentiality is expected
Personal boundaries are honored
We ask all participants to contribute to a grounded and respectful atmosphere.
Professional & Relational Boundaries
Our team maintains clear professional boundaries.
This means:
Communication happens through official channels
Relationships remain within the context of the work
Ongoing support is provided only within agreed structures
Experiences within this work can feel meaningful or intimate.
This does not imply personal, romantic, or ongoing relational connection beyond the professional container.
Payment & Cancellation
Due to the limited group size and preparation involved:
All bookings are final
Payments are non-refundable
In some cases, we may offer a transfer to a future retreat.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance, including medical coverage.
Participants are responsible for all travel-related arrangements and costs.
Practical Considerations
Please ensure you can attend the full duration of the retreat
Travel arrangements should be flexible where possible
You are responsible for any external costs (flights, insurance, etc.)
Final Note
This work asks something of you.
Not performance, but presence.
Not certainty, but willingness.
And also: responsibility.
If you feel both resonance and responsibility in reading this, you are likely in the right place.
